1. Scope of Work
Services will be outlined in a written quote or service agreement. Ausimpact reserves the right to refuse or adjust services based on site conditions or safety concerns.
2. Quotes & Bookings
Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
Bookings are confirmed once a written acceptance is received.
3. Payment Terms
Invoices are issued upon job completion unless otherwise agreed.
Payment is due within 7 days of invoice date.
Late payments may incur a fee of 5% per 14 days overdue.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.
Last-minute cancellations may incur a call-out fee.
5. Access to Site
Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the site.
Delays caused by access issues may result in additional charges.
6. Liability
While we take care in our work, Ausimpact is not liable for pre-existing damage or damage caused by unsafe site conditions.
We maintain Public Liability Insurance for our services.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re not satisfied with our service, notify us within 24 hours and we will return to address the concern at no additional cost.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
